It has been known that the water that we are drinking have different uses, from daily to clinical. The clinical use of water to treat some ailments is known as the Water Ailment Remedy or commonly called as Water Therapy. It has been proven and tested that drinking water first thing in the morning will prevent you from having stomach illness and may also boost your daily stamina.
Water is also common use as a home remedy for colds and cough. Drinking a lot of water will help heal cough and colds however there was no scientific explanation for that yet.
